We use the highest quality parts and engines on all our products to ensure they are able to withstand the tough construction industry requirements.
Do you have service available?
Our service department is also operated from our Sydney office offering national support of our products in the field.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are designed from our Sydney office. We also conduct approximately 60% of our manufacturing and assembly from our Sydney facility. We also manufacture some of our products in Spain, USA & China.
What does MAKINEX stand for?
Our products are designed to “make inefficiencies extinct” and from this is where our name comes from.
Do you have spare parts available?
We maintain a full range of spare parts in our Sydney warehouse.
Where do your product ideas come from?
The majority of our ideas come from you our customers looking for a better way to get the job done, and we also invest in a local RND and design team to bring these ideas to reality.
How much weight can the PHT lift and how long does the battery last?
The PHT-140 is capable of lifting loads up to a maximum of 140kgs, and depending the weight of the products you are lifting will determine how often you will need to recharge the battery. From our experience an average of 50 lifts per battery cycle can be achieved.

What is better for lifting tiles of the floor – Tiles Smasher Head or Chisel/spade bit?
The 3” wide Chisel will work more effectively when there is a mortar bed laid under the tiles. Our “Tile Smasher Head works well in applications which require lifting tiles of have surfaces like concrete or timber.
