The BESS50 battery energy storage system delivers 50kW of reliable power with 100kWh of battery capacity. The BESS50 is capable of synchronising as a pair to generate up to 100kW of output power and 200kWh of energy storage. It integrates seamlessly with existing generators and couples with solar production through dedicated DC and AC ports, providing noise-free and emission-free operation while improving efficiency and reducing reliance on fuel-based generation.

The Makinex BESS50 Battery Energy Storage System provides a powerful and efficient energy storage solution designed to reduce fuel consumption, emissions and operating costs. Delivering 50kW of power output and 100kWh of battery capacity, the BESS50 integrates seamlessly with existing generators and solar systems to optimise energy use, improve efficiency and support reliable power delivery across a wide range of applications.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, the BESS50 is ideal for construction sites, mining operations, agricultural applications and other off-grid environments. Dedicated AC and DC integration capabilities enable seamless connection with generators and solar arrays, while intelligent energy management helps maximise system performance and reduce reliance on fuel-based generation. For larger power requirements, two BESS50 units can be synchronised to deliver up to 100kW of output power and 200kWh of energy storage. By storing excess energy and reducing generator run time, the BESS50 helps lower fuel usage, minimise noise and support more sustainable site operations without compromising performance.
